Sure, I don’t know how practical it is to live in such a teeny tiny cramped space — but it’s awfully neat!
This man pulls his home behind his bicycle. Might I add that this home is not only portable, it’s powered by solar and wind energy and can stand winds of 60mph and temperatures as high as 100 degrees farenheit!
I personally love the nomadic lifestyle — and with your house attached to the back of your bicycle, you could live anywhere that your bicycle can take you! And all without emitting a single gram of carbon into the atmosphere. Fantastic.
Check out TinyHouseDesign for some cool pictures of this cool mobile home!

I only camp maybe once or twice a year, but I could definitely see the benefits of owning one of these (alright, alright, I’m just trying to justify totally wanting to buy one of these to brag about).
Check this out: It’s a portable shower… in a bag!
The shower zips up into a 45mm x 80mm x 140mm pouch but holds up to 10 L of water! That roughly translates to about a 7 minute shower — not bad at all. It even has a nozzle that can adjust to your ideal spray setting.
Check them out at their website here. I’ll soon be a proud owner of a shower bag — I’m excited, too, is that weird?

Laptops use 1/4 of the energy that desktops do?
If you – like me – are using a laptop for all your computing needs, go ahead and pat yourself on the back. If you’re not — consider it! Laptops have lots of benefits: Portability, computing on the go… and now with netbooks being ultra portable and nearly weightless, you can pack your laptop in your purse or a small bag and bring it wherever you go!
I’m a freelance blogger so a lot of the work I do is from home, but that’s only a turn of phrase. I can work from wherever there is internet as long as I have my laptop with me. A change of environment is great for inspiration! I often work from coffee shops and pubs. And when the weather’s nice, nothing beats getting some work done from a patio in the sunshine with a cold ice tea in hand!
